COVID-19 and our practice
While we are able to provide some urology care virtually, with phone or video consultation, some care is best done with an in-person visit with one of our urologists. We take seriously any recommendation we make for a patient to visit us in person, and have put in place procedures to make any visit a safe one. Please see below for more information on how we plan to keep our patients, staff and physicians safe now that COVID-19 (along with other respiratory viruses) remains in our community. Disinfection and patient protection
IF YOU HAVE A FEVER, NEW COUGH OR SORE THROAT, OR ARE OTHERWISE FEELING UNWELL, PLEASE CALL US AND WE WILL ARRANGE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR YOU. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OUR OFFICE IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL. This would put our staff, physicians and other patients at risk of illness.
Please consider wearing a mask (either cloth or disposable) during your visit with us. This helps to protect our staff and physicians from exposure to infection.
Hand sanitizer will be provided at our front desk.
We are reducing the number of patient visits per hour so that there are not large groups of people in the waiting room. Books, magazines and toys will be removed from the waiting room.
